Genmaicha Latte
Ingredients (1 serving):
2x tsp genmaicha
1x 180ml milk of any choice
(optional cane/ coconut sugar, if you have a sweet tooth)
(optional matcha powder)
1. Grind genmaicha into a fine powder using pestle and mortal.
2. Warm up the milk to 80 degrees in the pot.
3. Mix your genmaicha powder with milk using chasen (tea whisk) until it reaches a thick and silky consistency. I would sometimes add matcha powder for extra caffeine kick.
