Hojicha energy balls
Ingredients:
200g Roasted almonds
200g Roasted cashews
200g Walnuts
20g Houjicha powder
2 tsp x Molases syrop
2 x tsp x Coconut oil
4 x tbsp Peanut butter
4 x tbsp Coconut flakes
40g x Pitted Dates
Sprinkle of salt
Splash of oat / almond milk
Sprinkle of Houjicha on top
1. Roast all the nuts on the frying pan.
2. Use food processor to grind them with all other dry ingredients till consistent mass is obtained.
3. Add molasses syrop, coconut oil and peanut butter.
