1) Organic Sencha (Yame, Kyushu)

Grown in the Yame region 600m above sea-level, this exceptional tea is grown using organic farming practices free from pesticides and chemicals.

Nuanced and beautifully balanced, this premium sencha is full of wonderful flavours extracted from the land that have been cultivated by expert tea farmers. Fresh crisp experience in every sip - one of our favourites.

2) Organic Genmaicha (Yame, Kyushu)

The people's tea, a heart-warming toasted rice brew. Loved for centuries, the recipe of sencha tea leaves combined with puffed and roasted brown rice nourishes the soul - an absolute classic.

Most genmaichas use lower grade tea leaves in the mix, however this premium tea uses only the leaves from the first harvest, producing a truly irresistible aroma and comforting taste experience of the highest quality genmaicha.

3) Organic Hojicha (Shizuoka, Honshu)

Dry, woody notes for cosy evenings. The unmistakeable experience of fresh hojicha, calming and grounding for the soul. 

Hojicha is often made with lower quality sencha leaves, however this premium hojicha consists of only the highest grade leaves from the first harvest. The result is a nuanced palate of flavours and a cleansing finish.

Sencha: Yame, Japan

Genmaicha: Fukuoka, Japan

Hojicha: Shizuoka, Japan

Sencha:
Steamed bok choy, sweet grass, toasted hazelnuts. Fresh crisp vegetal flavours with every sip, underpinned by stunning delicious umami. Dry leaves give vibrant sweet-sour berries on the nose.

Genmaicha:
Heart-warming toasted rice, clean green tea taste with minimal sweetness and a balanced level of astringency and bitterness.

Hojicha:
Roasted hazelnut, maple sap, caramel. Smooth lingering aroma, dry woody notes with roasted nutty undertones and subtle complexities from the local terroir.
